HOW TO BUY IN BLANCK
These Conditions of Sale regulate the use of the website www.blanck.es (hereinafter "the Website"), of which Fermonbag, S.L. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) with CIF ES B53061701 and address in C/ Replace. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) with CIF ES B53061701 and address at C/ Replaceta, 4, 03540. Mon├│var (Alicante) Spain, is the owner.
Through its website www.blanck.es, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of acquiring them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, people who want to benefit from its services must have the condition of "Client", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that THE COMPANY subsequently communicates via email. The condition of Client supposes the adhesion to the Conditions of Use of the version published at the moment of accessing the Web Site.
THE COMPANY wants to let its Clients and Users know that it is aimed exclusively at professionals, not being possible to sell to particulars.
All the prices of the products that are indicated through the web page do not include the VAT and the other taxes that could correspond. These prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.
The Customer agrees to pay under the conditions subscribed with the company. The initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered will be added the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.
In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Customer before formalizing the purchase itself.
The ticket or receipt corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed at www.blanck.es in the section "My account", "Orders".
Payment by bank transfer. Advance payment for new customers. Direct debit with
SEPA certificate and according to credit and surety classification.
WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS
THE COMPANY acts as manufacturer and guarantees that the products presented for sale at www.blanck.es are free of defects and in perfect condition. The guarantee will lose its validity in case of deterioration caused by incorrect use and deterioration.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
All products purchased from THE COMPANY may be returned and refunded, as long as the Customer informs THE COMPANY of his/her intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are respected.
THE COMPANY will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labelling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product. In the case that the box with which it was delivered cannot be used, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the COMPANY's warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package where the returned products are also marked and the reason for the return. In order to facilitate the return process to the Clients and to be able to make a correct follow-up of the same one, THE COMPANY establishes as only procedure of return the one established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not the one you had ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be reimbursed. If the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of the return costs will be charged to the customer.
In order to proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Inform within 7 working days of receipt that the product wants to be returned. The information can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the customer service form.
- THE COMPANY will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
- The customer must send it through a courier company of their choice. The return must be paid by the customer.
- Inform of the courier company used, date and time of return.
II. Refunds to the CLIENT
The return of the products will give a refund equal to the cost of the products returned minus the cost of the return service.
Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, THE COMPANY will also refund the Customer the corresponding shipping costs. Returns and partial cancellations will give place to partial reimbursements.
THE COMPANY will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the return in the account of the Client will depend on the banking entity.
THE COMPANY will accept cancellations of orders when they are requested before the shipment of the same one. To make the cancellation you must request it using the form "Customer Service" or sending an e-mail to: email@example.com.
